Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers and sellers ask us most, from what a home is worth to how commission is agreed.

A question?(919) 555-0182
1What is my home worth?

The number is based on what buyers actually paid for similar homes nearby. The final sale price still depends on the condition of the home and the local market.

2Do you help first-time buyers?

Yes. A first showing is not a commitment to buy, it is a chance to see how a home fits your daily life. Your budget depends on the down payment, the interest rate and the monthly costs of taxes and insurance, not just the purchase price.

3What are your fees?

The seller commission is agreed in writing at listing, so you know the cost before your home goes on the market.

4What happens after I get in touch?

You write a message and we reply to arrange the next step, a call about your project. From there, one agent stays with you from the first showing to the closing table.

5Are you a licensed agency?

Keystone Realty Group has an NC real estate firm license on file and has worked from Five Points since 2013. Our office is across from the theater.

6Do I need a home inspection before selling?

An inspection can reveal repairs that change what a buyer is willing to pay, so it is worth planning for. If you are buying, we follow up on the inspection and what it means for your offer.
